Yes! We love our new agents. The excitement and energy is exactly what we are looking for at YCRE. The support we provide with transaction coaching, advanced training programs and access to Shared Assistants, no one would ever be able to tell.

Is training mandatory? Are meetings Mandatory?

 

Jumpstart Training - Yes.  And - No for all other

 

As far as meetings are concerned….We call them Social Events! These gathering will not be mandatory, they are held at various locations within our community. At Topgolf, The Whitewater Center, Habitat for Humanity, Strike City or The Humane Society. During these events we learn, give back and have fun, let’s just say you won’t want to miss it!

 

What are your commission/splits?

 

80/20 with $50K and $100K cap out options.

 

What are your monthly dues?

 

Monthly Dues   $100  ($130 for provisional)

The office features open work and meeting space with office supplies available; please come if needed; however, this isn’t your traditional office space. Our Storefront design is meant to be an environment that’s productive and relaxing. We provide a space where clients won’t feel uptight, overwhelmed or pressured.
